I bought my first Honda in 2005 and so far have been pleased having a Honda since I have had trouble with the three american cars that I had in my past. I was looking to upgrade my older Honda for a newer one and had no longer a need for a hybrid. I had the most helpful sales person Theo Jones, Jr get me through the whole process of trading in my old car and getting me all the way through the process of getting my new car. I was helped with in every possible way during that day and the following days that followed with any questions that I had on my new one. I am going on my third week with my 2010 Honda Civic and loving it.. Thank you Koons Honda in Manassas.

Patrick Bryant and his team were awesome! I shopped every manufacture for 3 weeks trying to decide what type and brand of car I wanted. The team at Knoos of Manassas was friendly and did not loose patience with my 3 weeks of test driving and questions. In fact I originally purchased a car that did not meet my needs and when I express my displeasure after 3 days was told to come back and find the one I wanted. I bought my car from Koons about a month ago. I recently went out of town and got a nail in the sidewall of my tire. I didn't know what to do so I called my service man, Joe Carroll. What a true delight to have someone truly care! He found the closest dealer to where I was out of town and called them to make sure they had the right tire in stock and even set up the appointment for me and gave all my information to that dealership. It was painless and I was extremely happy! Koons Honda didn't make a penny on this service, they only cared about getting me taken care of and the tire fixed on my car. I could never ask for a better service person than Joe Carroll.
